The Bank, now one-tap 🏦

No more typing amounts — /bank (or the 🏦 Bank button in /menu) opens a clean panel:

• 💰 Deposit or Withdraw with All · Half · Custom buttons.
• See your wallet, vault, and cap at a glance, with a fill bar showing how full your vault is.
• Grab a 💳 Credit Card right from the panel to spend straight from your bank.

Everything updates instantly as you tap. (Coins past the vault cap stay in your wallet — where they're robbable.)
