The Rap Sheet & Wealth Classes 🚨💰

Two new bragging-rights features:

• /crime — anyone can drop the server rap sheet into chat: Top Robbers (coins stolen), Most Robbed (coins lost), Most Takedowns, and Most Hospitalised. It's a normal message, so it just scrolls away.
• Wealth classes — your /me profile now shows your class (Upper / Middle / Lower) based on where your net worth ranks against everyone else. Climb the ranks by hoarding (carefully — the wallet's robbable!). Admins can rename the classes and swap their icons.
