🕶️ The family, rebuilt — and it tells you what you can actually do
The Mafia panel says which jobs are on. Every crime has its own cooldown, and the old panel hid all of them behind six identical red buttons — the only way to find out you were still laying low was to press one, pick a target, and be told no. Now each job is its own line with its own state: Go, or the exact wait.
Every job explains itself in a line. Rob, Jump, Kidnap, The Heist, The Board, Russian Roulette — what it is, on the line, instead of a name and nothing else.
The Cells put the way in on the hostage. Each person being held has their own line with the ransom, the clock, and a Help button on it — no more matching names against a dropdown.
The hostage panel names the three ways out. Pay the ransom, go in after them, or settle early — each one now says what it costs you before you press it.
The Board puts Take on the contract. Each contract carries its own Take it button; contracts you cannot take say why instead of quietly missing from the list.
The jump lobby reads as one card — the mark, your odds, the take, and who has piled in so far.
