The Roll

A downhill run. Steer a rolling cow past the rocks and collect what you can on the way.

How it works

You are a heavy thing on a slope. Steering is an acceleration rather than a position, so you build sideways momentum and keep it. A late correction still drifts, which is the whole feel of the game.

The trick to it

Turning back is quicker than setting off. Steering against the way you are already sliding bleeds that speed as well as building the new one, so committing early to the wrong line costs more than it looks like it should.

Scoring

You collect on the way down and lose the run on a rock. Like every game here, the run is replayed by our server from the seed and your inputs, so scores are real.
